We are a self-contained unit. We have our own producer, Kelly Joseph, and production facilities, our own talent (including writers), and experienced personnel who handle booking- and of course- legal inquiries. Everything that is done for the show complies with our Standards and Practices, a collection supervised by Sheldon made by his law clerks (he’s too lazy to do it himself) of documents relating to media and copyright issues, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. We have successfully dealt with individuals infringing on our trademark “Rock & Roll Lawyer” and are up on new case law and legislation regarding fair use and parody. We keep current with all the laws we break. With our on-site engineer, the Rock & Roll Lawyer Show offers live remotes.

- ERIC "Spaghetti" WESTENBERG - Associate Producer and General Associate with the "Lawyers Practicing Law Without a License". Advisor to The Rock & Roll Lawyer on Professional Responsibility, or in our case - the lack thereof.

- THE PROFESSOR - Weapon of choice? The business suit. Walking encyclopedia of music history, founding member of "the brain trust."
